Project Water
This year is drier than ever in Tanzania. The residents of Loolera (approximately 10,000 Maasai) have insufficient clean (drinking) water. Ashe Foundation is going to change this.

How we decide which projects to support and how you can help
Following the dire situation of Naserian and other Maasai women who have lost their husbands, Project Enkishon was established. With your support, we can help more women like Neema. Together we make a lasting impact on the lives of the Maasai community.
Through our local partner Kangai and the village council of Loolera, women with a business plan can apply for financial support from Ashe Foundation.
It is important to process the applications through the local partner, so that we create support among the decision-makers within the Maasai community and can thereby help the women sustainably. The Board of Ashe Foundation jointly decides which applications will receive financial support.
