Neema's Story

A new shop, a new beginning for a single mother

Neema's dream becomes reality

Fantastic news!

Neema is a single Maasai woman who lost her husband a few years ago. Since then, she has been on her own with her five children, dependent on the income that her eldest son, Shilwa, earns.

Thanks to your donations, Neema's dream has come true: her own shop where she sells vegetables, fruits, rice, beans, and other staple foods. This shop not only provides her family with a stable income but also strengthens the entire Maasai community in Tanzania.

Neema beams with pride behind her counter, surrounded by the food items that have changed her life and that of her children. This success would not have been possible without the support of you, our donors. Thank you for your generosity!
