A comment or complaint?

If you have comments or feedback for us, we would be happy to hear from you. We are open to input from our members, donors, and other stakeholders, regardless of the reason for your dissatisfaction with our methods, activities, and/or positions. Our goal is to correct any errors, adjust our procedures if necessary, and improve our services.

What do we consider a comment or complaint?

We consider any (verbal or written) expression of dissatisfaction from a person or organization about (i) our policies and/or positions or (ii) about specific expressions, actions, or behaviors of our staff, volunteers, board members, or groups within Ashe Foundation as a "comment" or "complaint".

How are comments and complaints handled?

We strive to respond to your comment or complaint as quickly as possible, but in any case within two weeks of receipt. All comments and complaints are registered and treated confidentially.
