A comment or complaint?

If you have any comments or feedback for us, we would love to hear from you. We are open to input from our members, donors and other stakeholders, regardless of the reason for your dissatisfaction with our working methods, activities and/or positions. It is our goal to correct any errors, adjust our procedures if necessary, and improve our services.


What do we consider a comment or complaint?

We consider any (verbal or written) expression of dissatisfaction by any person or entity with our policies and/or positions or (ii) with specific expressions, actions or behavior of our staff, volunteers, board members or groups within Ashe Foundation as a "comment" or "complaint".

  • How are comments and complaints handled?

    We strive to respond to your comment or complaint as quickly as possible, but in any case within two weeks of receipt. All comments and complaints are registered and treated confidentially.
